Individuals may register to be members of Gatewayincome.com, and if eligible, may participate in online surveys conducted on behalf of Gatewayincome.com clients. Members may receive cash payments upon verification of eligibility and validated completion of surveys. By registering at the Gateway- income.com website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.  A) MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY |
| You must be a resident of the United States to take part in Surveys. One entry per person, per household. Gatewayincome.com reserves the right to
not pay individuals who attempt to defraud this survey system. If you are found to be
fraudulently using the survey system or duplicating entries, you will NOT be paid. By
registering with Gatewayincome.com, you agree that Gatewayincome.com may send e-mail
messages to you regarding your participation in market research surveys and other
information pertaining to your membership. By registering as a member of
Gatewayincome.com, you agree to be bound by eligibility determinations made by Gatewayincome.com, which are final and binding in all respects. |
| B) HOW TO REGISTER |
| To register for membership with Gatewayincome.com, you must
provide all required information on our Join Gatewayincome.com Surveys registration form
and submit that form to Gatewayincome.com for validation and verification. Only one registration form per person per household may be submitted. |
| C ) NO PAYMENT GUARANTEE |
| Gatewayincome.com does NOT guarantee that a member
will receive credit for a completed survey and offer. Gatewayincome.com will make reasonable efforts to track and report your signing up for offers but does not guarantee the
precision of the process. We reserves the right to refuse the credit to members for offers for
variety of reasons, including, but not limited to , Lack of appropriate information, Improper
signup, Improper browser settings, Errors in third party reporting, and / or any other reason. |
| D) PRIVACY |
| The privacy of our members and the confidentiality of the personal information
they provide us are Gatewayincome.com number one priority. Personal information will
never be included with the survey response information we provide to our clients, nor will we
ever sell or give any of your personal information to any third party. Please refer to our
Privacy policy for a statement of our policy and procedures for ensuring your privacy. |
| E) DISQUALIFICATION |
| Gatewayincome.com is not responsible for lost, interrupted or
unavailable network server or other connections; miscommunications; failed telephone or
computer transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions;
or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found
tampering with or abusing any aspect of this website will be disqualified from participating in
surveys and their membership with Gatewayincome.com if any, will be revoked. If your age
group is already full, or if one of your initial answers does not meet the survey criteria, there
is a chance you will not be able to take the survey, and will not be paid. It is possible that
the survey may abruptly end. If this happens then you unfortunately do not qualify for a
particular reason and will not be paid. Gatewayincome.com is not responsible if your
computer freezes, or you do not have the appropriate software installed on your computer
to participate in these surveys. Gatewayincome.com may invalidate a member's
participation in particular surveys if the survey is not completed within an allotted time frame
or if any of the answers are deemed invalid during the Gatewayincome.com validation
procedures. Payments will not be made for any surveys in which a member's participation is invalidated. |
| F) ANTI-SPAM POLICY |
| Persons who generate or attempt to generate referrals through
spamming will be disqualified from receiving any payments from Gatewayincome.com,
including payments for their own participation in surveys and for the participation of any
members they referred to Gatewayincome.com. Gatewayincome.com will revoke the
membership of any persons who spam information about Gatewayincome.com and those
persons will be permanently disqualified from future membership and from any other
participation with Gatewayincome.com |
| G). HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE |
| Users may receive email confirming their registration with the
Website, co-registration with Advertisers and subsequent entries in our sweepstakes and
games, as well as promotional marketing of products and services under other Company
brands or from third parties. To unsubscribe from any Company or Advertiser's email list,
please visit the specific website for details on how to unsubscribe or follow unsubscribe
instructions which should be included with any email message sent. |
| H). DISPUTES |

interacting with this website, Visitor agrees to use binding arbitration for any claim, dispute,

participate as a representative or member of any class of claimants pertaining to any claim
subject to arbitration; the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding with limited rights of
appeal. The other party shall reimburse the prevailing party for any and all costs associated
with the dispute arbitration, including attorney fees, collection fees, investigation fees, travel

agrees to that the sole and proper jurisdiction to be the state and city declared in the

litigation is in a federal court, the proper court shall be the closest federal court to the

K. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE

PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR
EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT,
RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE
COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING
FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES
RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE OR
RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S
TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF

Gatewayincome.com TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO ANY MEMBER UNDER THIS
AGREEMENT EXCEED AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE VALUE OF ONE DOLLAR CASH
FROM THE Gatewayincome.com WEBSITE.
